01 / Scope and quotation
We review your furniture list, destination, budget and timeline. We identify missing specifications and confirm which items we can quote. Your written offer states the seller, currency, payment terms, delivery basis, exclusions and validity.
02 / Materials and approvals
Agree dimensions, construction details, finish references and upholstery. Where required, approve samples or a mock-up before the relevant production begins. Changes after approval can affect price and timing.
03 / Production coordination
We follow up with the participating manufacturers and track outstanding decisions. Progress reports describe actual milestones; production dates are confirmed against the approved scope and factory schedules.
04 / Checks and packing
Agree inspection scope and acceptance criteria in advance. Record findings and corrective actions. Check packed dimensions, weights, protection, item labels and room references before collection. Inspection does not replace required product testing.
05 / Export and arrival
Coordinate collection and a shipment plan using actual packed volume and weight. The contract establishes the delivery term and who handles export documents, insurance, destination customs, duties, local delivery, unloading and installation.
06 / Support after selection
